The 6 most important things for an RJU to move up

Kak Suzita shared these 6 points with us during the RJU Nite last nite for us to move up.

1) To have a goal or goals and an action plan

2) Conduct SCC (Standard Skincare Class) and secure next booking immediately.

3) Persistent with our booking, do and do until you breakthrough.

4) Customer service - a price a customer is willing to pay and to receive even more from us. Now is the time to sustain our customer. Think wide and deep.

5) Persistence in team building - to develop new consultants to prevent them from losing interest and to listen to their needs.

6) Time management and money management.

Personally I feel, these points mentioned above is not only meant for an RJU. Any BC, whatever your level is, if you wish to move up in your Mary Kay business, you can apply some if not all these six points.
